1. Data Collection and Use

1.1 The following information is stored by the Services solely for their proper operation:

1. Discord user, server, and channel identifiers, when needed, to associate you, your channels, and your servers, with your configuration and assets within the Services;
2. user-supplied content, including, but not limited to, channel identifiers for server logs, role identifiers for auto role configuration and text-based inputs that will be used in the ticket system, dates and notification options for level system;
3. and data regarding interactions you have made with the Services, including commands executed, time of execution, Discord server and channel of execution, and any arguments passed to the command, which will be used for mainly functionality within the Services.

1.2 We retain collected information for as long as is necessary to provide you with your requested service. Data is removed when the reason for its collection is no longer applicable or requested by a user, group or server owner.

1.3 You can personally opt-out of some features that a server admin or moderator enables via using commands, such as but not limited to, responses for breadbot, cheesebot and emoji replies, level system and server logging channel blacklists.

1.4 We only temporarily cache roles, messages, channels, databases and users, only if they still exist and we will only fetch messages for functionality of the Services, such as role reactions (setup and use), the cache will not be stored in system storage, only memory, the cache data only lasts at most; 14 days, cleared once the bot itself is restarted, or data becomes stale and will be updated, if applicable.

Third Parties

1.5 We do not provide collected data to third parties for reasons beyond maintaining the proper operation of the Services. However, our Services may link to or use external sites not operated by us. We have no control over the policies of these sites.
